Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Data Project Manager to lead complex data programs across modern platforms and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will translate SOWs into execution plans, manage timelines, risks, and executive updates, and ensure successful implementation. The role requires 8+ years of PM experience focused on data, strong knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, and PIM, and the ability to apply AI to improve delivery, quality, and forecasting across multi-city on-site

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a PM focused on data projects.
• Ability to discuss data architecture, migration, data quality, and implementation strategies.
• Experience applying AI to improve delivery, risk analysis, and executive summaries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex data programs and manage end-to-end lifecycle.
• Translate SOWs into execution plans and track progress against timeline, scope and deliverables.
• Communicate roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics to executives.
• Manage risk, forecasting, and dependency planning across multiple on-site locations.

Must Haves

• 8+ years of experience as a PM focused on data projects in Databricks, Snowflake, or PIM (Product Information Management).


• Ability to understand and discuss data architecture, migration approaches, data quality, and implementation strategies.


• Candidates should demonstrate practical and strategic use of AI, including: Story and requirements creation, Dependency and risk analysis, Status reporting and executive summaries, and Team productivity improvements through AI-enabled development, testing, and validation

Day To Day

Insight Global is looking for a Data Project Manager who can lead complex data programs, communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, understand modern data platforms, leverage AI to improve delivery, and manage projects from SOW through successful implementation while keeping timelines, risks, and outcomes firmly under control. They will build and communicate: roadmaps, milestones, 90-day plans, KPIs and success metrics. They will also translate SOWs into execution plans, track progress against timeline, scope, deliverables, and business outcomes, and demonstrate strong forecasting, risk management, and dependency planning. The Data PM will manage end-to-end project lifecycle:
