Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking an experienced Digital Manufacturing Project & Change Manager to lead planning, governance, and organizational change management of digital manufacturing initiatives across global sites.

You will drive delivery of MES, LIMS, Veeva, ERP and integration programs, manage stakeholders, ensure adoption, risk controls, and value realization while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT application support or operations management, including 5+ years in change management.
• Experience leading global transformation or manufacturing IT projects.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on with MS Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with MES, LIMS, Veeva, ERP and ITIL.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Manufacturing Project & Change Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and organizational change management of digital manufacturing initiatives across global manufacturing sites. You will drive the successful delivery of MES, LIMS, Veeva, Integration, Warehouse, Transportation, and broader Digital Transformation programs while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, business adoption, risk management, and value realization.

Your role

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects, developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps while tracking milestones to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality targets
• Developing and executing change management strategies, conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations, managing resistance, and measuring adoption to ensure successful transitions to new processes and systems
• Partnering with business leaders, plant teams, quality, operations, and IT stakeholders to facilitate steering committee meetings, align project objectives with business priorities, and ensure strong communication across global teams and vendors
• Establishing project governance frameworks, monitoring risks and mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with change control and validation processes, and supporting audit readiness and documentation requirements
• Coordinating internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors to manage deliverables, milestones, and contractual commitments while driving continuous improvement through best practices, process standardization, and lessons-learned initiatives

Your prifile

We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven professional who combines strong project leadership with deep expertise in organizational change management, ideally within complex global manufacturing environments.

• 10+ years of experience in IT application support, service delivery, or operations management, including 5+ years specifically in change management, with a track record of leading global transformation or manufacturing IT projects with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, combined with hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 Suite
• Demonstrated experience working with digital manufacturing platforms including MES, LIMS, and Veeva, as well as ERP and integration projects and IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Agile Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma
