Capgemini Engineering, in Colombia, seeks an M&A IT Integration - Application Specialist to document, rationalise, and manage the application landscape of acquired entities. You will ensure migration into our standard environment and collaborate with global partners to define clear strategies.

You’ll lead assessment of application stacks, work with GBS teams to plan migrations, and communicate progress to executives.

Formación

• Experience with application migration and/or integration, including cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Ability to document and analyze application workflows and dependencies for business-facing communication.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical teams and senior leaders.

• Deliver regular executive summaries on migration impact to day‑to‑day operations and business outcomes.
• Build relationships across corporate business and IT areas as the main contact across acquisition teams.

Your Role

As an M&A IT Integration - Application Specialist, you will play a key role in documenting, rationalising, and managing the application landscape of newly acquired entities, ensuring their successful migration into our GBS standard application environment.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Developing and leading the ongoing assessment of application stacks from acquired entities, defining clear migration, integration, or sunset strategies aligned with the broader enterprise IT roadmap
• Collaborating with GBS Standard Application teams to provide accurate estimates, timelines, and integration roadmaps for application migration programmes
• Documenting application workflows, dependencies, and processes to support all integration stakeholders and ensure transparency across the programme
• Managing deliverables and providing regular executive summaries to key business and IT stakeholders, clearly communicating the impact of migration activities on day‑to‑day business operations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate business and IT functional areas, acting as the key point of contact across the full spectrum of application ownership for both acquiring and acquired teams

Your Profile

We are looking for a collaborative and detail‑oriented Application Specialist who brings both technical depth and strong communication skills to a fast‑paced integration environment.

• Demonstrated experience with application migration and/or integration, including working knowledge of application development, modification, and maintenance across cloud and on‑premise environments
• Proven ability to document and analyse application workflows, dependencies, and processes, with the capacity to translate technical detail into clear business‑facing communication
• Experience working with cloud‑based applications and familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems, with knowledge of direct/employee benefits and products considered a strong asset
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior business leaders across complex, multi‑party programmes
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an application specialist, IT integration, or related role, with a track record of delivering within structured project or programme environments
