Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking an experienced Digital Manufacturing Project & Change Manager to lead planning, governance, and organizational change management of digital manufacturing initiatives across global sites.

You will drive delivery of MES, LIMS, Veeva, ERP and integration programs, manage stakeholders, ensure adoption, risk controls, and value realization while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT application support or operations management, including 5+ years in change management.
• Experience leading global transformation or manufacturing IT projects.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on with MS Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with MES, LIMS, Veeva, ERP and ITIL.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects.
• Develop change management strategies and assess readiness and adoption.
• Partner with business leaders, plants, quality, operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Establish governance, monitor risks, and ensure audit readiness and documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver milestones.
