• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing projects in complex environments.

• Knowledge of PMI, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.
• Advanced English level (B2-C1) required.
• Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.

The position requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, risk management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive business growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Specialization or certification in Project Management, PMO, Agile Methodologies, Scrum, or related disciplines is desirable.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing projects in complex organizational environments.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple business units.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms.
• Advanced English level (B2-C1) required.
• Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.
