Job summary

Casa Luker is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Innovation and Transformation team in Bogotá. The role focuses on enabling Agile adoption, coaching teams, removing impediments, and promoting value delivery across disciplines.

You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to nurture an agile culture and drive continuous improvement. Requirements include a degree in engineering or related fields, 5+ years of project leadership experience, 2+ years as Scrum Master, Scrum certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or team leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or coaching agile teams.
• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Advanced English level.
• Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide agile teams in the effective adoption and implementation of Scrum practices and Agile principles.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support teams in identifying, managing, and removing impediments that may affect performance and delivery.
• Promote self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement within agile teams.
• Monitor team performance metrics and agile maturity, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and key stakeholders.
• Support organizational agile transformation initiatives and encourage an agile mindset across the business.

At Luker Chocolate, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Innovation and Transformation team. This role will be responsible for facilitating the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies across multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, efficiency, and value delivery. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum principles and practices while supporting teams in achieving their objectives and maximizing business impact. The position will work closely with Product Owners, team leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to foster an agile culture, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Profile We Are Looking For

• Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or team leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or coaching agile teams.
• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Experience facilitating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics, continuous improvement practices, and team performance management.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Advanced English level.
• Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.
