WSP COLOMBIA SAS in Bogotá seeks an Indigenous Relations Project Coordinator to oversee cross-functional Indigenous relations projects, track schedules, budgets, and reporting dashboards, and maintain performance metrics aligned with annual objectives.

The role supports proposals, maintains databases of Indigenous businesses and partnerships, coordinates meetings and engagement events, and helps prepare executive reports while ensuring accurate documentation and administration.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • PM certification or formal training is an asset.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate Indigenous Relations projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and dashboards.
  • Track commitments, deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Support proposals and Indigenous engagement for pursuits.
  • Maintain records on Indigenous communities, partnerships, and MOUs.
  • Prepare executive reports and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Indigenous Relations Project Coordination
    • Coordinate Indigenous Relations projects, programs, and strategic initiatives across Canada.
    • Maintain project plans, schedules, action registers, budgets, and reporting dashboards.
    • Track Indigenous Relations commitments, deliverables, milestones, and key performance indicators.
    • Monitor progress against annual Indigenous Relations objectives and organizational goals.
  • Proposal & Business Development Support
    • Track Indigenous Participation Plans (IPPs), Indigenous Benefits Plans (IBPs), and Indigenous engagement commitments related to project pursuits and proposals.
    • Coordinate information gathering from Indigenous Relations Leads and business teams.
    • Maintain databases of Indigenous businesses, community relationships, partnerships, and agreements.
    • Support Indigenous procurement tracking and reporting activities.
    • Assist in documenting Indigenous Relations contributions to project success and business growth opportunities.
    • Support proposal development efforts by coordinating Indigenous Relations content and supporting documentation.
  • Relationship & Partnership Administration
    • Maintain records related to Indigenous communities, Nations, organizations, businesses, and strategic partnerships.
    • Coordinate meetings with Indigenous partners, communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
    • Track relationship-building initiatives and follow-up actions.
    • Support management of partnership agreements, MOUs, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives.
    • Assist in organizing engagement sessions, community meetings, workshops, and partnership events.
    • Support relationship management activities that foster meaningful and respectful engagement.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Communications
    • Develop and maintain Indigenous Relations dashboards and performance reporting tools.
    • Collect, analyze, and report on Indigenous Relations data and metrics.
    • Support preparation of executive-level reports for leadership teams and business stakeholders.
    • Coordinate internal communications highlighting Indigenous Relations initiatives and success stories.
    • Maintain Indigenous Relations templates, tools, and supporting resources.
    • Support the development of presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership.
  • Team & Administrative Support
    • Coordinate team meetings, workshops, strategic planning sessions, and leadership meetings.
    • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics related to Indigenous Relations activities.
    • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow-up communications.
    • Maintain team records, document repositories, templates, and shared resources.
    • Support onboarding and coordination activities for Indigenous Relations team members and internal champions.
    • Assist with administrative processes that support team efficiency and operational excellence.
Position Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Indigenous Studies, Public Administration, Communications, Community Development, or a related field.
    • Project Management certification or formal project coordination training is considered an asset.
  • Experience
    • 6 to 9 years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, business operations, administration, community relations, or related roles.
    • Experience supporting large-scale programs, initiatives, or strategic projects.
    • Experience working with Indigenous communities, organizations, governments, or businesses is highly desirable.
    • Experience supporting proposals, business development activities, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
    • Experience within consulting, engineering, infrastructure, transportation, energy, natural resources, or professional services environments is preferred.
  • Technical Skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel ,Word ,PowerPoint ,Teams ,SharePoint ,Experience using project management and reporting tools. Strong data management and reporting capabilities. Experience maintaining dashboards, performance metrics, and project tracking systems. Strong document management and administrative coordination skills.
  • Languages
    • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
    • French proficiency is considered an asset.
