Tradepro Inc. is seeking a results-driven Technology Deployment Coordinator to lead strategic implementation projects across CRM, ERP, and accounting platforms.

You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring migrations align with business goals and are completed on schedule. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, apply Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and drive execution in a dynamic international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating tech implementation projects.
• Advanced English (C1) with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, accounting system implementations or migrations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; coordinate multiple departments and external vendors.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

In this role, you will coordinate strategic technology implementation projects, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external software vendors. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating business or technology implementation projects.
• Advanced English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience participating in ERP, CRM, accounting system, or enterprise software implementation or migration projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple departments and external vendors to meet project deadlines.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; experience with project management tools is a plus.
