Job summary

Power Digital in Colombia is seeking a Programmatic Strategist to own execution, performance, and growth of programmatic media for their clients. You will partner with account leadership to evolve strategy and lead reporting, optimizations, and client communications.

The role requires deep knowledge of DSPs/SSPs, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration across planning, marketing sciences, and creative teams. You will use Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and AI tools to drive results.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on-key experience with programmatic advertising platforms, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad exchanges
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies across channels including mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, and audio
• Proficient in ad creative best practices and audience targeting across platforms and within DSPs
• Excellent communication and collaboration to work with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors
• Strong attention to detail in setting up and managing programmatic campaigns
• Familiarity with ad tech tools including ad servers, verification tools, and trafficking systems

Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Work with specialists, planning teams, marketing sciences and account teams to develop and execute programmatic strategies
• Campaign Development and Management: Create and onboard programmatic accounts and campaigns in self-serve DSPs and manage campaigns across channels (mobile, display, video, CTV, DOOH, audio)
• Client Management: Lead programmatic communications and monitor pacing, documentation, and deliverables
• Data Integration: Collaborate to integrate reporting APIs and ingest daily data
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs via reporting tools
• Insights and Analysis: Deliver campaign insights weekly to the lead strategist
• Operational Support: Own department operations such as trafficking and A/B testing setups
• Use AI to enhance processes and leverage Nova ecosystem
