Job summary

Cultural Care Au Pair in Bogotá is seeking a Spanish-speaking Program Coordinator to grow our community of global families that change the world through the au pair program. You will report to the Country Product Manager and help expand our presence across four markets, combining inbound sales with outreach and events to build brand awareness.

This role rewards a self-starter with ownership, strong leadership and communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ years of sales experience (phone & in-person) with proven targets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow our program and own sales in assigned markets, hitting growth targets.
• Respond to customer needs via phone and in-person interactions to convert leads.
• Expand brand awareness by partnering with schools, fairs, and local orgs.
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs.
• Organize and attend promotional events to engage the au pair community.
• Collaborate with local au pair community to achieve goals.
• Conduct market research to inform long-term brand strategies.

Our cultural exchange program builds global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

You will join our passionate team in Bogotá, reporting to the Country Product Manager, and work together to help grow our presence across 4 markets. This role requires a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset. What you will do:

• Grow our program, taking ownership of sales in your assigned markets, consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets
• Drive sales by responding to customer needs with energy and enthusiasm, leveraging phone and in-person interactions to achieve conversion
• Expand brand awareness by building partnerships with schools, universities, fairs, and local organizations to increase brand visibility and drive new leads
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs
• Organize and attend promotional events to engage and grow the au pair community
• Collaborate with our local au pair community to help achieve goals
• Conduct market research, analyze regional needs, and assess competition to create long-term strategies for building brand awareness.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of sales experience (both phone & in-person), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Full proficiency in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to have:

• Prior sales experience within the Chile, Ecuador, Panama, or Peru market.
• Experience of working or living abroad for 6+ months
