Job summary

UNICEF Colombia is seeking a Programme Associate (Education Cannot Wait) to support the MYRP consortium. You will assist in coordinating partners, drafting PCAs, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery of country programme activities.

Strong data skills and proficiency with MS Office are essential. You will work with the Country Office and external partners, providing monitoring updates, preparing reports, and assisting in budget tracking within the VISION system.

Qualifications

• Secondary education required, with technical or university courses preferred.
• Strong MS Office, SharePoint skills and data reporting ability.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; ability to analyze data and support programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of PCAs to support MYRP implementation.
• Record and process government and NGO proposals for direct cash transfers.
• Monitor MYRP consortium partners and coordinate cash and supplies.
• Perform spot checks on partner financial records and reporting systems.
• Support education data analysis and prepare reports and presentations.
• Use VISION for programme coding and grant tracking.
• Prepare periodic MYRP financial and programmatic reports.
