Colgate is seeking a Business Services Procurement Specialist to lead regional strategic sourcing and negotiations for Professional Services across the Andean & Greater Caribbean region. You will drive cost optimization, implement SRM programs, and align category strategies with global procurement goals.

The role requires 3+ years in Procurement, strong negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Professional Services categories preferable.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing e-procurement platforms such as SAP and SAP Ariba.
• Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Direct category experience in Professional Services (e.g., IT, Fleet, Employee Benefits).
• Strong strategic negotiation, project management, and analytical decision‑making capabilities.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across cross-cultural environments.
• Alignment with LIFT principles, proactive leadership, and continuous process innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional strategic sourcing events, contract negotiations, and e-sourcing processes across Professional Services categories (IT, Benefits, Fleet) to drive cost optimization and value creation.
• Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned with global procurement goals, long-term business priorities, and sustainability/DEI initiatives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs to mitigate operational and contracting risks.
• Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders and senior regional leadership to align on procurement needs, project statuses, and category priorities.
• Lead annual benchmarking, spend analytics, and supplier segmentation deep-dives to identify continuous improvement and process automation opportunities.

The Business Services Procurement Specialist leads strategic sourcing, negotiations, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation across the Professional Services category for the Andean and Greater Caribbean regions. Sitting within the LATAM Division, this role drives efficiency, cost optimization, and process innovation by managing strategic sub-categories such as IT, Benefits, and Fleet. By acting as a key partner to regional leaders, you will apply robust global procurement frameworks to deliver measurable business impact and support sustainable growth.

Your Impact: Responsibilities
