Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Jr Brand Manager for the Andean Region (Cali, CO) to drive flawless regional product readiness and support launch execution across the product lifecycle in Colombia.

You will coordinate launch timelines, manage regulatory and systems processes, deliver launch materials, and oversee activations and budgets while analyzing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 months of experience in Marketing or Sales in the FMGC/CPG industry.
• Experience with SAP, Nielsen or Kantar/Worldpanel.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT.

Responsabilidades

• Launch Timeline & Tracking: Coordinate with Brand and GTM teams to track readiness for all new product launches across the Andean region.
• Regulatory & System Management: Lead innovation regulatory processes and manage cross-functional systems (MDGM, Veeva, BEAT, STIBO) for SKU creation, claims, and artwork.
• Asset & Material Delivery: Support creation and on-time delivery of commercial launch materials, including POP, sales sheets, presentations, and product photography.
• Activation Execution: Coordinate development, logistics, legal contracts, and supplier management for marketing activations in Colombia.
• Budget Management: Oversee and help administer the promotional budget for the assigned category in Colombia.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Analyze brand, competitor, and new product performance to build diagnostic presentations for key commercial reviews.
