Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active WMS.

In this role, you will elicit needs, map integrations with ERP/TMS via REST/SOAP APIs, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure reliable supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience with system integration standards and Agile delivery.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and configurations.
