Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions on Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

You will own backlog, drive API integrations, design end-to-end testing, and serve as SME for WMS configurations. A strong IT background, hands-on SQL, and Agile delivery are required.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT enterprise applications with warehouse/domain experience.
6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active platforms.
Knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred; Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Own backlog and translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
Lead technical integration of REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex logistics scenarios.
Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations.
