Apex IT is expanding in Colombia and seeks a Product Owner for Oracle Field Service & Oracle Fusion. You will work remotely within Colombia or on-site at client locations, collaborating with global experts to optimize service operations.

You will own the product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and ensure integration with related processes while supporting scheduling, routing, and field personnel workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and commensurate experience required.
• Experience with Oracle Field Service and Oracle FusionPreferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional support and process improvements for Oracle Field Service and Oracle Service capabilities.
• Coordinate with Service Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain the Oracle Field Service and Oracle Service product roadmap, including enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions in Colombia and across LatAm.
