The Global Talent Co. in Colombia is seeking a Product Marketing Operations Coordinator to act as the operational backbone for the Product Marketing team. You will keep systems clean, projects on track, and stakeholders informed by building processes from scratch and leveraging data to monitor product usage trends.

The role involves managing Asana workflows, maintaining documentation, and organizing reviews and user feedback. Experience with Mixpanel/Looker is a plus in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Detail-oriented and likes building process where none exists, keeping people on track without being asked twice
• Comfortable reaching out to people directly and assigning work
• Good written and verbal communication, with a service-oriented approach to working across teams
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
• Experience with Asana or a comparable project management tool, including workflow setup and task tracking
• Comfortable pulling data together from multiple sources and turning it into something people can actually use — Mixpanel or Looker familiarity preferred, not required
• Experience with HubSpot, Guru, or similar tools is a plus
• Experience in tech or legal is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day organization in Asana, including workflow management, request intake, project hygiene, and documentation
• Build and maintain project documentation, status reports, and process guides
• Support ongoing cleanup, organization, and hygiene of the team knowledge base (Guru)
• Keep reviews, customer interviews, and product feedback organized
• Monitor campaign performance and help pull together reporting and optimization recommendations
• Help the team stay on top of product usage data, flagging trends and surfacing what's worth a closer look (Mixpanel or Looker experience is a nice to have)
• Publish and update product-related collateral as it changes
• Other duties as assigned
