Platacard in Colombia is seeking a Product Analyst to turn product and operational data into actionable insights. This role is open to talented students and early-career analysts—we care more about how you think than years on your CV.

You will analyze data to identify trends, build KPIs and dashboards, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Service, and Risk to translate business questions into data-driven solutions. English/Spanish proficiency required.

Formación

• Solid foundation in statistics and math.
• Python skills are required.
• SQL skills are highly desirable.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Metabase.
• English and Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze product and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement on Customer Service.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards that help Operations teams understand performance and make informed decisions.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, Customer Service, Risk, and other teams to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency through data.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
