Sycomp seeks a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce experience to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance to define requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and guide them through testing, deployment, and optimization.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, Flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and security concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Map current and future state business processes and identify opportunities for automation within Salesforce.
• Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to design solutions aligned with best practices.
• Support data migration, reporting, integration, and overall solution design activities.
