Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Manager of Procurement Operations in Bogotá, Colombia. You will lead a regional team driving Source-to-Contract execution, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with global policies and regulatory requirements.

The role collaborates with cross-functional partners across Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver value, optimize total cost, and implement automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a matrix environment and driving procurement operations.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of S2P processes, contracting, and supplier management.
• Fluency in English; other regional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop procurement operations team, including performance management and coaching.
• Oversee Source-to-Contract activities: sourcing, negotiation, contract drafting and execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, policy, data privacy and security requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other functions to optimize profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement in process standards, documentation, and controls.
• Support automation and AI initiatives within procurement operations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver against service levels and KPIs.
