Se valorarán estudiantes de último año de Administración de Empresas o carreras afines, con inglés avanzado y conocimiento de Oracle. Formarás parte de un equipo internacional, aprendiendo mejores prácticas de pagos y cumplimiento.

Formación

• Ideally, you are a university student in the last year or last year and a half of the degree.Studies in Business Administration or related fields provide a valued foundation.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards desirable
• Knowledge of Oracle and invoice processing tools desirable

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with processing of invoices aligned with predetermined KPIs
• Provide help to the team by responding to supplier and internal inquiries in a timely manner
• Proactive communication and interaction with other departments to resolve issues impacting the AP function.
• Help supporting specific countries as assigned with third level escalations
• Learn by assisting with audits as required
• Process Rush invoices as needed (ad-hoc requests)
• Comprehensive understanding of payables and purchasing procedures and excellent practices is desire.
• Contribute new ideas to improve efficiency of business processes.
• Participate in the promotion of Air Liquide’s safety objectives. Knows and follows all Air Liquide procedures.
• Research and resolution of invoices on hold. Following up with Air Liquide vendors and requestors as needed.
• Work closely with vendors and internal clients to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Support compliance with company policies
