Jobtailor in Envigado, Colombia seeks a senior Process Excellence Lead to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You will partner with regional leaders, map processes, and design future-state solutions while establishing KPIs and mentoring teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in process improvement, expertise in Lean Six Sigma, and proficiency in English and Spanish, with up to 20% travel. Regulatory and healthcare experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, quality, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and translate them into actionable improvement plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Preferred experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
• Preferred formal certification such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
• Preferred experience supporting global or regional process standardization initiatives.
• Exposure to digital process improvement tools, automation, or analytics platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Ability to travel up to approximately 20% domestically and/or internationally

Responsabilidades

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Partner with regional leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map current-state and design future-state solutions.
• Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and metrics.
• Manage projects against timelines, costs, and benefits.
• Establish KPIs and enable data-driven decisions.
• Support change management, including stakeholder engagement and training.
• Coach teams on process excellence tools and practices.
• Ensure adherence to Credo values, quality standards, and regulations.
