Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company in Cali, Colombia, seeks a Process Engineer – Personal Care to drive manufacturing precision and product quality. Past roles should include 3+ years in process engineering, quality assurance or manufacturing in high-volume settings, with experience in validation (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) and QMS.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years in process engineering, quality assurance or manufacturing in high-volume environments.
• Experience validating processes/equipment (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) and using SPC (CpK).
• Experience with QMS, CAPAs, and root-cause investigations.
• Experience in Soap, Fats & Oils, or cosmetics/pharma is preferred.
• English proficiency: intermediate to advanced.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Master Quality Plan to ensure process capability.
• Develop and approve validation protocols (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) and reports.
• Coordinate EMOs, pilot runs, and tech transfers for new formulas.
• Lead audits, investigations of consumer complaints, and CAPA closures.
• Ensure CIP and C&S compliance and hygienic plant design.
• Manage change controls and traceability, including mock recalls.
