You will work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to engineer high-performance packaging that delights consumers while improving line efficiency and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a packaging-related field.
• 5+ years in CPG/FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
• 3+ years in packaging development or closely related roles.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Packaging Innovation & Concept Development: conceptualize, engineer, and launch innovative primary and secondary packaging concepts.
• Technical Specification & Material Expertise: define specs for resins, bottles, closures, films, labels, adhesives.
• Flawless Execution & Project Management: manage development grid and timelines from ideation to launch.
• Funding the Growth (FTG) & Cost Optimization: lead margin-improvement and cost-savings initiatives (FTG).
• Sustainable Packaging Roadmap: drive eco-friendly packaging using PCR resins and lightweighting strategies.
• Supplier & Manufacturing Partnerships: collaborate with suppliers and plant teams to maximize line runnability.
