Procter & Gamble seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Manager PHC LADMAR, Colombia – Technical Director to lead QA and Technical Direction for the PHC portfolio in Colombia and support QA operations across LADMAR.

This role ensures product quality, regulatory compliance, and effective execution of Quality Management Systems throughout storage, distribution, and market release, working with local and regional teams, Supply Chain, and health authorities.

Formación

• Licensed Pharmaceutical Chemist with valid registration for Technical Director responsibilities in Colombia.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical QA, Technical Direction, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Control.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Good Storage and Distribution Practices.
• Experience with deviations, CAPAs, audits, risk assessments, and product quality decisions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with INVIMA or health authorities and with 3PL partners is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA and Technical Direction for the PHC portfolio in Colombia and support LADMAR QA activities.
• Ensure GMP, storage, and distribution compliance and manage product release to market.
• Maintain QMS with deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk management, and documentation.
• Lead internal, external, supplier, and health‑authority audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage quality incidents, complaints, recalls, returns, and other product‑quality events.
• Monitor QA KPIs and drive process improvements across regions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Sales, 3PL, and regional teams.
• Develop the Quality team and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
