Schneider Electric is seeking a Principal System Architect to shape architectures for Power & Process across Heavy Industries in South America. You will engage customers, lead workshops, and translate business needs into value-driven solutions using automation and software technologies.

You will collaborate with global teams, influence stakeholders, and drive multi-country opportunities while traveling as needed to support strategic transformations across mining, energy, and chemicals sectors.

Formación

• 10+ years in process control and power automation.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, solution consulting, or pre-sales.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese desirable.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop strategic opportunities for Power & Process in South America.
• Act as Technical Sales Consultant for Heavy Industries segments.
• Support regional Sales teams with opportunity qualification and value-based selling.
• Lead discovery sessions and customer workshops to define value-driven solutions.
• Develop architectures integrating automation, power systems, and AVEVA/Schneider technologies.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with risk assessment and value articulation.
• Engage with customers, consultants, EPCs, system integrators and end users throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate across regions and centers of excellence to deliver differentiated solutions.
• Travel regionally and internationally as required.
