Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience building scalable web applications.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, Testing frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven leadership, technical design and architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
• Mentor developers and serve as a technical reference across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of solutions from design through deployment and support.
