Principal Backend Software Engineer (Ruby / Ruby on Rails) - Hybrid

This role supports Hybrid working. 3 Days Remote Per Week

Currently looking for a Principal Back-End Software Engineer that can take a lead role with their team of engineers to rewrite their internal product.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in building Web Applications
• Experience with back-end technologies and frameworks (Ruby/Ruby on Rails, NodeJS/Express, JAVA or others)
• Experience in Microservices/AWS.
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL Databases (preferably PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis or others)
• Knowledge and an active interest in Design Patterns and SOLID architecture principles
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and delivery timelines; Agile development experience (including tools like Git, SCRUM/Agile tools) would be considered a plus
