Monstarlab seeks an experienced Payments Solutions Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery in client engagements. You will leverage deep PSP knowledge with Stripe Connect and guide multi-party fund flows, while shaping product requirements and architecture.

Ideal candidates combine technical product management with solutions architecture, presenting complex payment solutions to non-technical clients and leading implementation across engineering teams.

Formación

• 7–10+ years in payments, fintech, or software consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with Stripe Connect (Custom/Express/Standard).
• Ability to translate complex payment concepts for business stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise payment implementations in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Stay current on payment trends and regulatory changes to advise clients.
• Architect and scope payment integrations including Stripe Connect-based models.
• Develop technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for payments.
• Explain technical designs to non-technical stakeholders and run workshops.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and client engineers.
