Vidmob, the creative data company, seeks a Principal Data Scientist to lead advanced AI/ML initiatives shaping creative performance. You will drive production-grade systems and measurable business impact across a global, English-speaking team.

You will focus on recommendation systems, multimodal modeling, and end-to-end ML workflows, collaborating with engineers, data engineers, and product partners.

Formación

• PhD in CS strongly preferred or equivalent with CS/engineering depth.
• 10+ years in applied data science or 5+ years post-PhD in a highly technical applied role.
• Production-quality Python; experience designing data systems and collaborating with engineers on deployed data products.
• Big data experience with Databricks, BigQuery, Flink or similar, including model training and deployment workflows.
• Strong command of supervised/unsupervised learning, embeddings, ranking, and recommender systems.
• Multimodal/GenAI experience in vision, text, video, or related systems.
• Advanced statistics and mathematical depth: causal inference, experimental design, hypothesis testing.
• Experience applying models to business outcomes; adtech/martech experience is useful.

Responsabilidades

• Develop recommendation models using a portfolio of AI/ML tech.
• Build creative intelligence systems linking multimodal data to diagnostics and scores.
• Advance multimodal modeling across video, image, text, audio, and KPI data.
• Raise analytical and modeling standards: validation, experiments, uncertainty, and business analysis.
• Write production-ready Python and SQL; partner with Engineering for reliability and scalability.
• Improve ML infrastructure with training pipelines, feature stores, and deployment workflows (AWS/GCP).
• Serve as AI technical leader; explain complex ideas to cross-functional teams.
• Increase technical velocity through better tools and automated practices.
