The role requires strong stakeholder management, deep data skills, and experience guiding multiple data scientists in agile environments across global brands.

Formación

• Master’s degree in STEM with 4+ years of relevant work experience or PhD with 3+ years.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant work experience and experience managing multiple contributors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of data scientists focused on marketing, personalization, and recommender systems.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and CRM teams.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, Kanban methodologies.
• Manage 2 direct reports (data scientists).
