David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Senior AI Video Producer for its R&D team. This fully remote, freelance-initial role offers end-to-end ownership from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery.

The candidate will bring at least 4 years of senior-level experience in AI-driven video production, a strong portfolio, and fluent English.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Senior-Level AI Video Producer for its R&D team. This is a deeply technical creative role focused on AI-generated video production, with end-to-end ownership from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery.

Position: AI Video Producer

Location: Worldwide (except Canada) (CET overlap not required) , Remote

Employment type: Full-time freelancer initially, potential transition to full-time B2B

Remuneration: Competitive salary .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own end-to-end AI video production from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery
• Lead creative and technical execution across AI-generated video projects
• Develop advanced prompting workflows to achieve high-quality and consistent visual results
• Work with current AI video generation tools and continuously evaluate emerging technologies
• Make independent technical and creative decisions throughout the production process
• Edit, composite and polish AI-generated content to final delivery quality
• Develop and refine workflows through continuous experimentation and iteration
• Solve complex production challenges independently
• Maintain strong narrative, character and visual consistency across sequences
• Share technical and creative learnings with the wider R&D team
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of AI-first content pipelines
• Work autonomously with minimal direction from concept through delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior-level experience in video production, VFX or digital art
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong professional track record in AI-driven video production
• 100% comfort with explicit NSFW content
• Full comfort with hardcore NSFW content for MPC / Companion Mode work
• Advanced hands-on professional experience with current AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pika, Happy Horse or equivalent
• Strong prompt engineering expertise
• Deep AI fluency with an active generative AI workflow
• Portfolio must demonstrate high-quality AI-driven video work
• Advanced Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent skills
• Ability to own finished production without relying on additional specialists
• Strong character, narrative and visual consistency across sequences
• High level of autonomy and independent decision-making
• Strong experimentation and iteration mindset
• Fluent English
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback
• ComfyUI experience is a strong advantage
• Advanced Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 experience is an advantage
• Advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling or inpainting experience is an advantage
• 3D or VFX background is an advantage
• Colourist experience is an advantage
• Model training experience including LoRAs, embeddings or fine-tuning is an advantage
• Photoshop and design skills are an advantage.
