Inspire is seeking a Revenue Management Coordinator in Bogotá to support pricing execution across the brands in its portfolio. You will collaborate with the Revenue Management team, franchisees, and third-party partners to ensure accurate, timely pricing implementation and maintain pricing files and reports.

The role requires meticulous data handling, strong English skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel is essential.

Formación

• Advanced English; reporting to US.
• 1-3 years of experience with large datasets, reporting tools, or business documentation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update pricing execution files, documentation, and reporting tools to support pricing initiatives across multiple brands.
• Record and maintain pricing execution results, status updates, and supporting documentation.
• Perform routine data entry, validation, and reporting activities with high accuracy.
• Audit and validate pricing scrape data across digital and third-party platforms.
• Review product mappings, location mappings, and pricing configurations for discrepancies.
• Investigate exceptions and escalate findings to Revenue Management.
• Support ongoing monitoring to improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Organize and schedule franchise and vendor consultations during pricing windows.
• Coordinate with internal Revenue Management team for updates during pricing windows.
