Medtronic is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support pricing/contracting outcomes through comprehensive analysis and end-to-end process transformation. You will document current and future processes to enable scalable value creation and interoperability across pricing and contract operations.

The role collaborates with commercial excellence workstreams, focusing on requirements for pricing strategy, offer development, contract development and management, and end-to-end process optimization

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• English fluency at least B2.
• 2 years of pricing & contracting systems/processes experience (pricing management, contract management, CPQ, CLM, customer incentive management).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel formulas, charts, graphs and functions.
• Expertise in problem-solving techniques, project management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in international markets or with diverse teams.
• Ability to map end-to-end pricing/contract processes leveraging domain expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data analytics proficiency: collect, collate and interpret data to support decisions.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in pricing/contracting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes.
• Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional process teams.
• Develop metrics for process measurement and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect data to identify root cause of problems.
• Measure performance against process requirements.
• Advise on re-engineering techniques to improve performance and quality.
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis and control.
• Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.
• Communicate team progress.
