Qualifications

• 2+ years in production design or similar role.
• Experience producing print and digital assets under brand guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistency.
• Ability to work within templates without altering the system.
• Strong self-QA and proofreading habits.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with print production and working with printers.
• Ability to manage high-volume production and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with fluctuating production volume.
• Organized and dependable within established workflows.
• Portfolio showing print and digital production across formats.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality print and digital assets from existing brand templates.
• Adapt content across sizes, formats, and channels while maintaining templates and brand standards.
• Ensure typography, spacing, alignment, image placement, and other design elements remain consistent.
• Prepare print-ready files with bleeds, trims, color profiles, resolution.
• Export digital assets per platform specs and naming conventions.
• Thoroughly QA and proof work before submission for review.
• Manage multiple production requests and deadlines.
• Manage production queue in ClickUp and track time.
• Incorporate client and internal feedback while preserving template integrity.
• Ask clarifying questions when requirements are unclear.
• Maintain organized template libraries and version control.
• Collaborate with PM, copy, creative leads, and stakeholders.
