A leading advertising agency is seeking a Creative Print Production Designer in Bogotá, Colombia. The role requires producing complex production tasks while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, advanced English skills, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on both print and digital materials, as well as train junior staff, in a fast-paced creative environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to guide employees for better production understanding.
• Expert knowledge of print and digital delivery specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Produce complex technical production tasks and maintain quality.
• Work closely with print designers to ensure specifications are met.
• Communicate with clients and assist Lead Print Designer.

Conocimientos

Strong communication skills

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Advanced English Level (B2 minimum)

Ability to produce ready-to-print materials

Ability to train junior resources

Solid understanding of layout and final file delivery
