Job summary

Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place (FSU) is seeking a PM Front of House (FOH) Shift Lead to oversee guest-facing operations and lead a team with positivity during shifts.

You will model exceptional guest service, train and coach staff, and coordinate with BOH and Drive-Thru teams to ensure smooth service and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Friday and Saturday availability required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in food service or retail.
• Ability to open the restaurant (for AM shift leads).
• Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Operator.

Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for an energetic and dependable PM Front of House (FOH) Shift Lead to help oversee our guest-facing operations. As a Shift Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent guest experiences, leading a team with positivity, and keeping operations running smoothly during your shift.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift Availability: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (must have full availability for this shift)

Responsibilities:

• Lead FOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
