Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place in Bogotá area is seeking an AM Front of House Shift Lead to oversee guest-facing operations, motivate the FOH team, and maintain smooth service during shifts.

The position offers a pay range of $18.00–$19.00 per hour with early morning schedules and a requirement to be available for AM shifts. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in food service or retail.
• Friday and Saturday availability required.
• Ability to open the restaurant (AM shift).

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Deliver and model exceptional guest service with speed, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with BOH and Drive-Thru teams for seamless service.
• Support opening or closing responsibilities as scheduled.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, dining room cleanliness, and service quality.
