Job summary

WorkHub Enterprise seeks an experienced Plumbing BIM Modeler in Bogotá to develop detailed plumbing models for commercial and multi-unit residential projects. You will review requirements, identify conflicts, and coordinate plumbing with other trades while updating models based on engineering comments.

You will model sanitary, storm, water distribution, condensate, and underground systems in Revit 2026, create coordinated shop drawings, and perform clash detection using Navisworks to support

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial, multi-unit residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of sanitary, storm, water distribution, condensate, and underground plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes IPC, UPC, or local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience coordinating plumbing systems across trades.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to respond quickly to revisions and coordination requests.

Responsibilities

• Model complete plumbing systems in Revit 2026.
• Develop coordinated plumbing shop drawings from plans.
• Model underground plumbing, sleeves, and slab penetrations.
• Coordinate layouts with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate fixtures and plumbing requirements with reflected ceiling plans.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Review revisions and update plumbing models accordingly.
• Address comments and revisions from plumbing engineers and project managers.
• Identify functional conflicts and propose practical solutions.
• Complete annotations, elevation tags, and related drawing details.
• Review work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
