Job summary

WSP in Colombia is seeking two experienced Revit Modellers to support our Water & Wastewater team. Based in Colombia, you will contribute to municipal infrastructure projects in Western Canada while collaborating with a global BIM delivery network.

You will develop and maintain high-quality 3D models and construction documents, coordinating with process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers from concept through detailed design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling and design production with Revit.
• Proficiency in Revit including family creation and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience delivering BIM models for water/wastewater facilities and municipal infra.
• Knowledge of process mechanical systems and plant design workflows.
• English proficiency and ability to collaborate across regions/time zones.
• Familiarity with Navisworks Manage for clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models and drawings using Revit for water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables with civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
• Perform model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Support BIM execution planning, model management, and QA processes per WSP standards.
• Work with point cloud data, laser scans, and ReCap for as-built modeling.
• Assist in developing BIM content, families, templates, and project-specific standards.
• Support project teams with quantity take-offs, visualization, and digital design workflows.
• Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to BIM process improvements.
