Join Deel's Infrastructure Engineering team as an Infrastructure Engineer responsible for building and running internal platform services used by hundreds of engineers. You will own components end to end, collaborating on high-visibility projects and driving improvements in feature-flagging, file storage, migrations, and data integrity tooling.

You should have production experience in Node.js/TypeScript, a strong grasp of distributed systems, and comfort operating Kubernetes clusters.

Formación

• Solid production experience in Node.js and TypeScript, with the ability to write and review production-grade backend code.
• Solid understanding and designing of distributed systems.
• Comfort operating services in Kubernetes, even if not the one designing the cluster.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including migrations and ORM behavior at scale.
• Ability to take a defined project and drive it to completion, escalating when blocked.
• Clear written and verbal communication with other engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run internal platform services used by hundreds of Deel engineers.
• Own a platform component end to end, not just tickets.
• Collaborate on high-visibility projects with senior engineers.
• Improve feature-flagging, file storage, migrations, and data integrity tooling.
• Ensure platform stability and reliability across services.
• Automate recurring support requests into self-service tooling.
