BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications while abstracting complexity.

The role emphasizes production-grade Kubernetes, Terraform/Helm IaC, GitOps with ArgoCD, and hardening security and reliability across environments. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Formación

• 4+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.
• Strong background in building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized application deployment and configuration.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and IaC.
• Implement and optimize GitOps-based continuous delivery workflows using ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards, resource requirements, and scaling strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and automated self-healing.
