BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications while reducing complexity.

Key tasks include designing clusters, developing Helm charts, and automating provisioning with Terraform. You will implement GitOps workflows, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and focus on reliability, security, and performance.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Proven expertise designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized deployment and configuration.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and IaC.
• Implement and optimize GitOps-based CD workflows using ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards, resources, and scaling.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance with proactive monitoring and self-healing features.
