Chainlink Labs seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design and build scalable Kubernetes-based control planes, CI/CD automation, and developer environments. You will codify platform logic into reusable Operators and GitOps workflows, enabling rapid, reliable shipability across the engineering org.

You will contribute to core infrastructure components and automation, driving reliability and scalability while minimizing bespoke tooling.

Formación

• 6–9+ years in SRE / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven experience scaling Kubernetes in high-throughput production environments.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise beyond operating clusters, including internals and cluster-scale diagnosis.
• Experience building platform infrastructure, control planes, or Kubernetes Operators.
• Strong distributed systems and production reliability experience.
• Terraform/GitOps ownership—designing and owning automation.
• GitOps workflows (Flux / ArgoCD) experience.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions at scale and related tooling.
• AWS/cloud infrastructure production experience.
• Proficiency in Go (strongly preferred) or similar systems language.
• Automation-first mindset with infrastructure primitives focus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build infrastructure primitives defining how CI/CD and developer environments scale.
• Build and operate the Kubernetes-based control plane behind the CI/CD platform (GitHub Actions self-hosted runners, GitHub Apps, Flux).
• Develop core infrastructure components, including Operators and scaling automation for product teams.
• Build systems that enable engineering velocity while reducing bespoke per-team tooling.
• Avoid operational toil; create reliable, scalable foundations for org-wide use.
