IQVIA in Bogotá seeks an Associate COA to support go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns for specialized products. You will partner with Product Managers, Creative and Execution teams to coordinate collateral, maintain timelines, and ensure high standards of written English across materials.

Candidates with pharmaceutical experience are preferred; academia-experience considered. The role demands strong organization and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with meticulous attention

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting projects, campaigns, or product-related initiatives.
• Strong copy editing and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; candidates from academia will also be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market collateral in partnership with Creative and Execution teams.
• Assist Product Managers with campaign planning, coordination, and scheduling.
• Track and coordinate multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
• Review and edit content produced by writers and copy editors to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure a high standard of written English across campaign and product-related materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign execution and delivery.
• Maintain project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
