Empresaconfidencial in Bogotá is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies across assigned markets. You will drive in-country initiatives, optimize promotional investments, and ensure profitable growth while collaborating with regional and local teams.

The ideal candidate has a BA in business or engineering, 4–6 years in pharma trade marketing, strong English, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to travel up to 50% to markets

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
• Experience in implementing Marketing and Trade Marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry; managing regional projects; market and competitive analysis; managing promotional investments and monitoring ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the Trade Marketing strategy for the assigned countries, ensuring sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate regional initiatives, optimizing promotional investments and in-market execution with local teams.
• Support in-market execution alongside local teams and travel as required to markets outside Colombia.
