• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; candidates from academia will also be considered.

The COA Commercial Services Project Manager supports the execution of go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns for specialized products. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Creative teams, and Execution teams to coordinate campaign activities, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed effectively.

This individual will also support the review and editing of content produced by writers and copy editors, ensuring a high standard of written English across materials. Given the highly specialized nature of the products, candidates with experience in pharmaceutical environments are desirable, although relevant experience from academia may also be considered.

This is a high-volume role requiring the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong communication, organization, and prioritization.
