IQVIA in Bogotá seeks an Associate COA to support go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns for specialized products. You will partner with Product Managers, Creative and Execution teams to coordinate collateral, maintain timelines, and ensure high standards of written English across materials.

Candidates with pharmaceutical experience are preferred; academia-experience considered. The role demands strong organization and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with meticulous attention

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting projects, campaigns, or product-related initiatives.
• Strong copy editing and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; candidates from academia will also be considered.

The Associate COA supports the execution of go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns for specialized products. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Creative teams, and Execution teams to coordinate campaign activities, maintain timelines, and support successful delivery. The individual will also support the review and editing of content produced by writers and copy editors, ensuring a high standard of written English across materials. Given the highly specialized nature of the products, candidates with experience in pharmaceutical environments are desirable, although relevant experience from academia may also be considered. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
