Black Propeller in Colombia is seeking a Creative Strategist to bridge Paid Media and Creative, translating campaign data into high-performing creative. This hybrid role combines strategy and hands-on execution, defining what should be made and helping bring it to life by creating assets or partnering with global designers.

Formación

• 3-5 years in creative strategy, graphic design, or performance advertising.
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
• Experience using performance data to guide creative decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate campaign goals and performance data into clear, actionable creative strategies.
• Concept and brief ad creative and landing page experiences across paid channels.
• Analyze performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to identify insights and testing opportunities.
• Create or iterate on assets (static, video, landing pages) when needed.
• Collaborate with global design resources to execute and deliver creative at scale.
• Own the creative workflow from brief -> production -> QA -> launch.
• Support and execute A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
• Present insights, results, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
