Job summary

World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a detail-oriented HR onboarding specialist for a fully remote contract role. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain org structure, and support payroll and employee relations, ensuring smooth access and documentation for new hires across the US-based operations.

The role requires 2+ years in HR or onboarding, a degree in HR or business, strong organization and communication, proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and the ability to handle

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or onboarding specialist.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.

Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.
